Seth worked as a researcher for a public record retrieval company prior to founding SAS Data Retrieval. While the other company was successful, Seth saw many opportunities to make changes that he thought would greatly benefit the clients, the end users, the operation of the company, and the industry overall. In 2015, shortly after graduating from business school, SAS Data Retrieval was born. The ideas such as constant communication, use of technology, and a different management structure were put into practice and received nothing but positive reviews from each and every client that we have had the pleasure to work with.
Seth Stapleton is the founder and CEO of SAS Data Retrieval. He has a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in pre-law, worked nine years as a commercial diver, and served four years in the United States Air Force. Seth is a dedicated professional who sets a high standard for his employees, and for the services his company provides.
Rachael Heleen is SAS Data Retrieval’s highly appreciated Administrative Assistant. She has 13 strong years working in the background check industry and is extremely skilled in Customer Service, Data Entry, Employee Training, Time Management, and Teamwork. She is a graduate of Riverside High School and provides strong professional support to our team.
Apollo Research is SAS Data Retrieval’s in-house office team of professional researchers. Our agents have all gone through a rigorous training regimen that starts with a basic reading and comprehension test, a personality test, full background checks, and then on to one month of classroom training before they are moved to the floor for on-the-job training where they start taking on live work. All team members are PBSA researcher provider exam certified or will be once their testing date comes up. Our team is a close-knit group who knows communication is the key to our company’s success.

The exam demonstrates a thorough understanding of the guidelines and methods for conducting research per the PBSA Provider Guidelines. The certificate is kept current by renewing on a biannual basis.
