Responsibilities include communicating with clients and court researchers via email, chat, or phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and use various office equipment such as Apple computers. You will be required to perform some criminal and civil records checks in an effort to ensure you have a full understanding of the work we do. Ultimately, a successful Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
