How to Know If an Offense is Reportable

Refer to the subject’s last name, first name and DOB on the order to see if there is a match on the results.


* DOB: 02/01/1994

*  Case Types:

*  Case numbers always have a letter at the end of the case. 

* F = Felony (Circuit Court)

* M = Misdemeanor (County Court)

* T = Traffic (County Court)

* O = Out of County Warrant (Circuit Court)

* TR = Traffic Infraction (County Court) (Minor traffic offenses, non-reportable)

* Search scope 10 years (Default), unless Special Instructions specify otherwise.
